Medical Case Management: $750 (Limited to 50 registrants)
Program Structure:
- Nine Online Training Sessions: These sessions are conducted online, offering flexibility while ensuring learners gain a strong knowledge base in medical case management.
- Two Full-Day, In-Person Workshops: These workshops total approximately 22 hours and provide hands-on experience in real-world case management scenarios.
- MCM Conference Training Hours: Participants will complete 11.5 hours of Medical Case Management training at the conference. The remaining training hours will be completed online post-conference.
- Flexible, online learning combined with in-person workshops
- Progress tracking via a learning management system

Upon completion, you’ll be fully equipped to deliver effective medical case management services, with the skills to excel in your role and address clients' complex needs. You will have completed all MCM classes, but your registration also includes access to every session and the Closing Plenary on Saturday, May 24, 2026.

Refund Policy
Refund requests for reasons other than those specified must be submitted in writing by Friday, March 27, 2026, to receive a full refund. Requests may require a follow-up call for clarification before final approval. Approved refunds will be processed within three weeks of the conference's conclusion.
